Based on the legendary DOD 250 overdrive circuit (and evolving from Supercool’s own fan-favourite”800″ Preamp/Distortion), the Cutback is artfully designed to deliver a wide array of sounds ranging from warm pre-amp tones, natural amp-like breakup, and going all the way to searing distortions.

The Cutback is a perfect catch-all drive pedal for any guitarist (no matter the genre of music or style of playing) and boasts two selectable gain modes: 0.01% for boosts and overdrives that respond playfully to player’s dynamics, and 8% for more saturated and intense distortions, and its carefully-tuned active 3-band EQ allows for subtle or dramatic tone shaping to further add to its wide use cases and sonic possibilities.
