About Us

Hello there!

Supercool Pedals is a small family-owned business based out of the small town of Peterborough, Canada, and run by myself (Jamie) with the help and support of my awesome wife (Carissa).

I’ve always been a lifelong musician an artist, and because that didn’t exactly leave me flush with cash (fellow musicians know how hard it is to pay rent through exposure and passing a hat around a darkened bar) I was forced to learn how to repair my own amps, guitars, tape machines, and transistor organs. This tinkering inevitably led me to try my hand at designing some pedals. Some people liked them so much that they actually paid real money for them, and that was so cool to me that it’s just what I do now, which I think is pretty neat.

Supercool pedals are designed to capture imaginations and attention through thoughtful and nostalgic art, and to provide original and rich effects through carefully designed and tuned circuit experiments. Being able to combine my passion for art, obsessive tinkering, and my musical experience to create Supercool Pedals is truly a dream come true, and I invite you to join the Supercool Club with some of my work.
